A really Italian 2nd June (Italian Republic Day) with Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi to be among the protagonists at Italian GP

Scarperia (Italy), May 28th 2024 – It will be a really Italian 2nd June at Mugello for the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team on track, on Sunday on the Tuscan circuit, for the Italian GP (02.00 pm local time). A magical atmosphere and many fans await Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi to fight in the top group in front of the home crowd.

Fabio, arriving from his first Top5 with the Team and among the protagonists of the Official Pre Event of the race (appointment Thursday at 02.00 pm local time - Turn1), is among one of the most consistent riders in the Championship - always in the Top10 in Sunday's GP and currently ninth in the overall with 62 points – he is ready to being protagonist on a track he loves and which can suit well to his riding style (pole position here in 2022).

Time for turn over a new leaf after a really complicated weekend in Catalunya, Marco who achieved the P2 in the Sprint here last year. Tenth in the standings (42 points), he is working to find positive sensations riding the Ducati Desmosedici GP and return into the leading group.

I'm always happy to race at Mugello, a truly special place. The track is certainly one of my favourites, perhaps my absolute favourite, some sequences of corners are among the most spectacular of the entire calendar. Then there is the atmosphere: we are at home, the cheering and all the fans. We come from a difficult GP, we will continue to work on the aspects that affected us in Barcelona, we won't give up and we hope to have a great weekend right in front of the Italian crowd. I will also have a special helmet, it's beautiful and I can't wait to show it to you on Saturday.

When I think of Mugello I always have heart eyes: it is a fantastic track and the atmosphere of the fans is magical, both those in the stands and those who animate the hills around the circuit during all three days. I hope there are a lot of people, neon yellow everywhere, we need all their support. We are close, we come from the first Top5 with the Team, we are consistent and this is a very important aspect. I want to do well, we are so close.
