It didn't go as I hoped, after yesterday's and this morning's free practiceS I thought I could be closer. In qualifying we weren't lucky, I crashed in the second run, right at the start of my fastest lap. I immediately got back on the bike, tried to push and make one last attempt, but I took the checkered flag for three seconds. It's a shame, the fourth row on this track doesn't help us, but we will try to recover.

I'm happy, we're improving and I'm quite fast. It's a shame about the flying lap, I lost the front in the fast right corner of the last sector, on the bump, and I lost a few tenths. Maybe I could have been closer, a row further ahead maybe, but I'm positive for the race. I was fast on used tires, it will be a battle in the Sprint: we can make another step.
